  Associate, Leadership Development Programme

  Associates of the Teach For Australia (TFA) Leadership Development Programme are selected from a large pool of applications to work in typically hard to staff schools across Australia. TFA is targeted at reducing the gap in Australia's educational achievement. Associates participate in a rigorous 6-week initial intensive and several other intensives throughout their training. At the same time as working a 0.8 load in their placement school, they are expected to complete their masters of teaching in partnership with the Australian Catholic University. TFA associates have access to several levels of mentorship and so are constantly reflecting on their teaching. Show less

Clapham is the flagship centre inthe UK and is the largest centre by enrolments, with ~250 students during my time.The Centre Director role oversees all aspects of the business - learning programmes, staff recruitment, training, and customer success management. In particular, the Centre Director facilitates all sales operations in ensuring the growth of the business through new enrolments. Clapham saw a 30% growth in enrolments during my time, far exceeding revenue targets. In 2022, Clapham was the top international centre by revenue out of ~500 centres worldwide. Show less
