      Lock Open and Lock Closed Focal Point.( Register Owner ). Process Isolation Verifier. Ensures that all equipments are operated within up to date operating envelope. Review and update operational procedures,guides and standing instructions. Enforce strict compliance to the use of PTW to control non-routine works. Ensures consistent and daily communication and shift handover. Ensures daily equipment checks and parameter logging. Ensures that all equipments are fit for purpose before they are operated. Contribute to process and facility optimization framework for continous improvement. Participate in monthly HSE meeting,Leads daily toolbox meeting and inititive in operations.
