      •Training: Training need identification (TNI), identifying the right vendor, course and trainer evaluation, coordination with the internal teams and external vendors on the training deliverables and the dates for the training.•Learning Portal: Global administrator for the learning portals like Skill Soft and BAI.•On boarding Campus Hires: Responsible for the end to end on boarding training for the Campus hires including preparing the training calendar, scheduling the appropriate trainings based on the current business need and releasing them to the projects.•Training Calendar: Preparing the quarterly and monthly training calendar from the TNI, updating calendar on the learning portal, publishing and posting the posters/ standees of the calendar making it more visible to the associates.•Logistics: inviting nominations through campaign mails, collating the final list of nominations, confirming the nominations, arranging the required logistics for the program like, Hardware/ software, transportation, attendance/feedback for the session.•Reports and Database: Managing and maintaining the database of the training and generating monthly reports, extracting customized reports from the huge database to the stakeholders according to their needs.•Vendor Management: Managing the list of vendors, negotiations, trainer and vendor evaluation, training feedback and processing the payment of the vendors. •Trainer: Facilitating soft skills training programs like team building and corporate induction.•Other Activities: Managed and maintaining the Library for the Hyderabad branch, issue and collections of books.
