      Initially started on a YT (Youth Training) scheme and worked my way up to be taken on full time and trained in-house as their Assistant Shop Floor Manager.Moon Music sold Musical Instruments ranging from Guitars to Drums to Tin Whistles. They had a vintage section dealing with rare 60's Valve amps. An in-house repair centre which catered from Guitar setups to Amp/ Electronic Repairs.Also a PA (Public Address)/ Band Equipment Hire Department, which could either hire out or personally install equipment ready for an event or gig.My work was involved in all front of house and back room departments, hiring, installation and stock control. As well as providing customers with a vast product knowledge to generate a highly accomplished sales record and to initiate viable solutions to complex theories. Volunteered to instruct new employees and work experience in all aspects of ‘store management’.
