Analyse the Raw material consumption - like how much raw material consumed for this month production vs sales and in previous season how much raw material consumed . In future what was the assumed planning accordingly we will calculate consumption and sheet will be given into production department they will arrange raw material as well.2. Analyse the sales - like in previous month / year what was the sale vs current period sale .Future prediction also according to market feedback and season tooHere the fact is we will calculate sale overall and product wise too3. Analyse the Finished goods stock also . Uhmnn like how much dead stock we have .
