  I am currently serving as the club president in organizing the TEDxITU event. This role requires critical skills such as team management and organizational planning. In the field of team management, I strive to discover the potential of team members and use them in the best way. By identifying each person's strengths, I focus on motivating them and ensuring they work collaboratively. I also strive to ensure that communication within the team is continuous and effective, so that we create an environment where everyone can freely express their ideas.When it comes to event planning, I adopt a detailed and comprehensive approach. I aim to organize a successful event by carefully planning every stage of the event. These include determining the date of the event, selecting speakers, creating subject headings, developing promotion and marketing strategy, choosing the appropriate venue and meeting technical requirements.
