  Contracted as part-time IT Manager and Information Governance Lead for a large, multi-site charity providing care to 400 children with life shortening conditions. The multidisciplinary role involves embedding industry methodologies (inc ITIL CSI) in order to secure a quality and resilient IT service, whilst identifying, managing and controlling compliance risks associated with Information Governance and GDPR. Strategically, the role entails the deliverance of a three year IT Strategy which aims to develop imaginative systems and workflows in order to drive efficiency and productivity. Recent projects include project leading the establishing of ITIL aligned IT Service at a new childrens hospice, Graces Place, alongside the end-to-end implementation of a bespoke Information Risk Management framework.
