  Project is consist of 20 storey apartment building with 3 basement parking, 1 commercial floor and 16nos of floors with 256 apartment units. Construction of 3 nos of Ground reservoirs at Malimboda, Galketiya and Dandeniya areas with capacities of 10000m3, 5000m3 and 2300m3 respectively. Construction of a salinity barrier structure across the Nilwala river at Matara consist of approximately 2000m3 raft base and six nos of 10.5m height piers. Total length of the barrier was 60m. The project consisted of two nos of 32 storey apartment buildings with all services and parking facilities. Total project valve was 5.5billion LKR The project was consist of 43 nos of four story precast walk up apartment buildings with all MEP services, recreational areas and parking facilities. Designing of In-house projects were assigned under senior engineer. A raft foundation for four nos of 4000ton maize stock silos and processing chamber. This was a fast track project and main target was to complete the project with in 75 days.
