  As an Ambassador I had duties that pertained to introducing perspective students to the ASU campus. I would help facilitate the coordination with the students before they would arrive as well as host social events for the students to get better accustomed to the unique culture at ASU. I explained information about the life on campus through personal anecdotes and introduced the perspective student with current students to have a wide array of experiences.

I give presentations to groups of students about my experiences with Pearson products and actively promote new products.   As a Management Trainee I assisted in fleet management of Penske trucks at three different locations with trucks being different branches and agent locations across the state. I also handled transactions for customers and conflict resolution. While handling the phones I would be in charge of reservation input, cancellation, and assorted clerical tasks. I would also be required to organize with the service, accounting, and corporate departments on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

  At Andersen I manage a team that developed and deployed pictographic work instructions for every possible of customer configuration of windows to assist assembly line workers with building units. I also collaborated on a state-of-the-art 3D touchscreen scrapping process, which allows workers the ability to scrap any item in the bill of material and have the non-defective component delivered back to their station. Additionally, I maintain and clean our production floor data and transform it into visual dashboards that can display information in real time.
