  I'm working here as Shift Charge Engineer The power plant contains (5 Gas Turbine unit LM6000 GE) and several auxiliaries ( Air compressors, Gas Compressors, Chiller, water treatment system, firefighting system and 5 auxiliaries Transformers.Duty and responsibilities:--Team shift leader of gas turbine and auxiliaries .-Releasing work order (W.O.) & (P.T.W.) by infor system for all maintenance department. -Performing Loto instructions before maintenance work.-Responsibility for (Daily & monthly operation) reports to top management and M.E.W.-Monoitoring the performance of Gas Turbine units and auxiliaries by observing the trends.-Sharing my Technical knowledge with local technicians ( kuwaitis) by Sharing in training courses.-Organizing and supporting the staff while starting up and shutting down the GT units.-Reporting to head engineering department for proposal maintenance schedule.-Performing pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up Tests, after over-haul inspection.-Performing Maneuvers while Transformer isolation, capable of analyzed P&ID and single line diagram.-Dealing with troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis to avoid any periodic problems.-Following up the distillating water anaylsis to get high performance of conductivity for Chiller and Evap system.
