The fuels consumption are around 1000 – 2000 TPD of coal and 3500 – 4500 TPD of biomass (bark, palm fiber, palmshell, screen reject, empty fruit brunch).  Develop operation and maintenace routine activities and set up work plan activities in the plant. Ensure the plant activities and the performance are meet with target (KPI and BU balance scorecard). Review of cost required and investment return of projects, process to CAPEX with Planning department for management approval. Lead improvement activities projects trough 6S, TPM and Kaizen projects. Training & development operation personel Review operation standard, flexibility, ptocess and policies. Review daily operation power plant cost and give suggestion, action plan for Power plant manager and unit head to achieve the budget Show less 1.
