      Associate Project Manager

      I have been working in the capacity of an associate project manager with the role of managing multiple project teams in the Vodafone account. The account comprised of several applications spanning many technologies. My primary role is to build the team and to help the team to produce quality deliverables. I was responsible for resource planning and execution of project related deliverables. I was also instrumental in arranging team interactions with the end customer to discuss the requirements so that the team was able to understand what was required to be done and produce deliverables such as WBD estimations (Wide band Delphi), development and test estimation sheets, code enhancements and release notes. I’m responsible for updating the status to the onsite team. I’m responsible for reviewing all deliverables. Besides managing my own team I’ve also used project management software like MS office Project 2003 for preparing project plans.At IBM I saw myself grow from a resource with a purely technical role to a leadership role as a manager.
