The entire development consists of two towers: one 49‐story Residential/Business Tower rising over 200 meters and one 30‐story Sofitel Hotel Tower, on a 4‐story Podium comprising luxury rental residences with hotel‐like services and amenities, prime corporate office space, conference centers, high‐end retail shops, restaurants, hospitality and entertainment areas, and a 7‐story car parking structure, with a swimming pool roof top overlooking Burj Khalifa. Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Led the architects team of Technical Services Department at Strategy, Planning and Urban Development division. Ensured seamless and successful implementation for the Master Plan guidelines and intent, by conducting technical and permitting reviews for 350 residential-commercial buildings ranging from 12 to 22 story high. Created strategies and programs to implement the new adoption of IBC 2009 throughout the city. Enhanced the performance of reviewers' team in delivering technical reports, effectively and timely.
