      As Energy Efficiency Compliance Lead for the Americas Region, work to influence proposed regulations on both state and national levels in NA and LAR and provide implementation guidance to affected businesses. Served as Program Manager to coordinate complex advocacy and implementation efforts for the Chile Energy Efficiency and Safety regulation. Led multi-national team including Legal, Worldwide Tech Regs, Regional and Business Unit Operations and Chile Country Management. As an Environmental Program Manager supporting the LaserJet Supplies Business, worked to understand and resolve the environmental compliance risk associated with a recent acquisition. Developed a sampling strategy; created an MSDS compliance program, worked with legal to ensure vendor compliance with HP environmental expectations through a letter agreement; communicated and worked with management to execute to a more environmentally compliant vendor base. Business lead for Drake: a project that replaced the current non-supported process with an IT supported and scalable solution. This put the creation of purchase requisitions through the formation of purchase orders on SAP’s APO. Using forecasted revenue and estimated gross margins by SKU, managed the MSS portfolio management process. This enabled business teams to make decisions regarding SKU elimination, supplier consolidation, and cost reduction opportunities and overall improve business margins.
