   Employed as a Service Engineer.  Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of equipment.  Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on complex mechanical and electrical systems.  Perform routine inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety.  Collaborate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide effective solutions.  Service In-charge of IOCL, HPCL, BPCL & NAYARA Ro’s Dispenser Unit of Respective Districts.  Keep detailed records of service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.  Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry standards.  Provide technical support and training to clients and junior engineers.  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
