Conducted tensile and compressive strength of each mix until a final mix was decided upon. Compression tests were carried out using the Gilson 400 Pro-Plus testing machine according to ASTM C109, and the tensile tests were tested using CRD C260.·A small scale curing tank was designed and constructed to test the effects of wet curing as opposed to dry curing to determine if our method was sound when operating at constant temperature and humidity. ·Shadowed several construction sites to observe various practices and techniques regarding concrete pouring and foundation design.
