  Magic Bus is an Indian not-for-profit company dedicated to harnessing the power of sports to develop the lives of children in India. We work with children and youth from marginalized communities.   Youth ProgramYouth Programs are implemented with youth volunteers from Delhi slum communities.Three primary programs are implemented under the umbrella of youth programs.a) Youth Council and Youth Empowerment Fund – A body of youth working in key community development issues in the target community who will be trained in Leadership and Project Management skillsb) Skill Training and Placement – Vocational skill and placement project has been initiated in collaboration with partner organization. The youth will be trained in various service sectors, get placed after the training and will be tracked for retention in job post placementc) Youth Health Corps – Youth are trained in health issues with special focus on sanitation and hygiene and they replicate the sessions in community Job purpose summary To develop and support the implementation of Youth Programs of “Children” including training of youth in leadership skills, monitoring skill training program, and documentation.Key responsibilities1. To train youth council members in Leadership skills utilizing the CI leadership manual.2. Mobilization of Youth for second batch of skill training project3. To regularly monitor skill training program for youth.4. To implement the Youth Empowerment project5. To develop reports for both projects on a weekly basis and for reporting to CI.6. To regularly update Program Manager on the progress of projects.7. To train Youth Health Corps ambassadors and ensure replication sessions in communityKey Deliverables1. Registration of family:- conduct interview for family record for registration & submit to Agency office.2. Record retention:- Guide/supervises the volunteer during data scanning on segregates drop documentation, arranges file of active children for program & ensure 25% data validation as per daily basis.3. New field notification of children.4. youth and adolescent:- Notifies the volunteer of final list of children, Facilitate final thank you letter writing to children graduating from program, submit the final thank you letter to the program and ensure maximum compliances of final thank you letter.5. Update/Modify family record:- Prepare schedule of family record update and updates family record in the office during clustering. send the regular interim reports and photos of the on going project. send final report with final thank you letter from the beneficiary.6. Direct package/ Special need donation:- receives information from the CO, inform the child/family of the benefits for appointment & deliver the endorses benefits to the child and family.7. Sponsor visit:- update child and family record and inform the family and child for the sponsor visit along with prepare itinerary of the sponsor, request budget and attend to actual sponsor visit. finally submit report of sponsor visit to SOA.8. Strategic function:- participates in weekly and biweekly coordination meeting with all staff. participates actively in volunteer training and development specific SR issues.9. MEMOs inquiry:- receives email from the CO and collect information regarding the MEMos and send reports to the SOA.10. Dropping children:- identifies the child with delinquent situation and collect information of child and assess the situation of child and family. conduct counseling and some encouragements to the family. prepare repost of drop child/ drop notification.
