  The Human Capital Leadership Institute was established by the Ministry of Manpower, the Singapore Economic Development Board and the Singapore Management University to develop global leaders with a strong understanding of leading in Asia, as well as to build Asian leaders with the ability to lead on the global stage. The Institute plays a key role in bringing together a vibrant ecosystem of thinking and practice on human capital & leadership for and from Asia.As a member of the management team at HCLI I l led the Client Engagement team, who work with Global MNCs and Asian conglomerates operating in the region, to help them develop their senior leaders to be ready to lead in today’s globalised economy.During my time at the Institute, I led a variety of projects, including the Institute’s flagship conferences, the Singapore Human Capital Summit and the Asian Human Capital and Leadership Symposium as well as managing the Institute’s Strategic Alliances, building institutional partnerships globally with business schools, consulting firms, think tanks, government agencies and industry associations.
