Responsible for administering medications and corresponding charting of information.Physical skills I have acquired involve transferring her from her wheel chair, assisting her with daily tasks, moving her legs as directed by a physical therapist to maintain range of motion, and assisting her with a walker to allow her to strengthen her muscles for standing and exercise.
