      Responsible to provide leadership and direction to the LNG & NGT Delivery Services group which enables the adoption of CNG and LNG in the markets of marine, mining, stationary power, including on and off road heavy duty transportation applications. This includes technical, training and field support for LNG transport applications downstream of the production plant; systems design, engineering, project management, operations and delivery of Natural Gas for Transportation (NGT) assets; and oversight of all aspects of customer satisfaction and service.       Reported to the Vice-president of operations and engineering for North America. Manager responsible for: facilities, equipment, and employees for the region. (British Columbia, Ontario, and Washington State)  Responsible for the operation and maintenance of forty three alternate fuel sites, primarily utilizing compressed natural gas (CNG) but including hydrogen (H2) and liquefied natural gas (LNG). Refueling sites range in size from public access to large transit facilities. Commercial includes a lumber mill where we supply and vaporize LNG.  Key Account Manager maintaining relationships with retail fuel companies, station clients and fleet facilities. Also work with utilities and regulatory agencies responsible for permitting, codes and standards. Acting as office manager and responsible for facilities, office services and vehicles. Responsible for area budgeting and finical statement review. Responsible for the Operations and Maintenance Budget for the Region. Coding and approval of time sheets and all invoices for parts and sublet labor. Signing authority for the Canadian business unit.  Acting as Health and Safety Officer. Coordinating ongoing development of company Health and Safety policies and procedures. Developing and presenting Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for major H2, CNG and LNG sites. Responsible for Transport of Dangerous Goods (TGD) policies and procedures.  Responsible for coordination of service technicians who perform routine maintenance and service to compressors, dispensers, and storage systems. Site work includes but is not limited to mechanical compression, high voltage, PLC electrical control, high-pressure gas, cryogenic storage, and alarm systems. Project Manager, coordinating budgets, staff and contractors for equipment packaging and new site construction.
