Reviews orders daily to track shipment dates, discuss payment options with customers, and resolve any potential issues.

  URI Energy Balance Lab

  Research Assistant

  Member of the Energy Balance Lab depicting energy and macronutrient metabolism, metabolic regulation, appetite physiology, eating behaviors, body weight regulation and management, nutrition and physical activity and chronic disease prevention. Conducts lab visits and facilitates data collection. Collaborates with other research assistants to understand links between eating and lifestyle habits and potential health outcomes.

  Lead the floor during service to ensure staff was executing correct procedures, food, and beverages were properly made and served, and resolved any situations that would arise by guests. Followed the Rhode Island food guidelines to keep staff and guests safe from foodborne illnesses. Coordinated events with other managers by reiterating health code standards, safety measures, and policies.
