      TLC Centre provides counselling services for a very broad range of individual, couple and family mental health concerns. Our therapists have Masters Degrees in counselling and belong to a professional accrediting association. We are experienced in therapy for addictions, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression and other challenges that make life less than it should be. Founded TLC Centre by establishing all casework policies and procedures, recruited and trained caseworkers, liaised with Federal and Provincial Departments, established working partnerships with local churches, supervise certifying practitioners, established the reputation and standing of the Centre in Winnipeg and area.
