  I worked at the Modern and Medieval Languages Faculty (MML), University of Cambridge where I managed over 200 undergraduates' coursework, grading, internships and exams to ensure that they have an exceptional education experience. I also contributed to Cambridge University's Open House in 2018 and 2019 - this is the capstone event for the University as prospective students visit the various faculties and departments. In my role, I worked closely with faculty members and Professors to ensure the smooth conduct of lectures and examinations.I was in charge of the faculty's first year tripos (Part IA) students' examination report, this includes consolidating and churning out the gradings, managing the external examiners and working closely with the Part IA Chairperson to organise and facilitate the examiners' meeting - all under extremely tight deadlines.On a less serious note, I organise garden parties and formal dinners too.   I engage partners in the public and private sector partners to promote family bonding initiatives and manage funding contracts with stakeholders to create awareness on the importance of family time in line with the government's efforts to strengthen and promote resilient families. I was involved in engagement activities under the 'Families For Life Council' and was part of the organising committee that ran an 'Emerging Stronger Conversation' as part of the #SGTogether movement, to understand issues faced by families during Covid-19, and how their lives can be improved.   Led alumni engagement efforts in multiple countries, including France, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Philippines, Hong Kong and more. This includes organising the launch of an alumni association, running term elections, networking sessions and more. Executed major projects like the annual NTU Alumni Homecoming which saw a turnout of more than 1,200 alumni and guests. I was also part of the organising committee that successfully put together the inaugural alumni regional conference and postgraduate roadshow that took place in Jakarta in 2023. Took charge of the alumni fireside chat series - 'What Up Wednesday' - where we feature outstanding alumni in various industries as guest speakers while providing a platform for alumni to network.
