      Responsibilities:Bringing Back Infant Formula & GUM category in Bangladesh which were degrowing post COVID. Driving growth and profitability for the IF & GUMs portfolio which contributes the most of NIN and NBL revenue. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement and also involves working closely with brand team with 4 brand managers, cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain to ensure the product portfolio is aligned with overall business objectives by making recommendations for product changes or discontinuations. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to product safety, labeling, and advertising.Achievements:Brought back Mainstream IF to double digit volume growth, Premium formula to 33% volume growth and strengthening GUMs with double digit volume growth. Increased Marketshare by +300 bps and penetration by +250 bps. This led the foundation for setting up an Infant Formula Filling, Processing and repacking plant in Bangladesh worth CHF 20 mio with DPBP 2.5 years and added GGLA CHF 4mio/annum.
