As an Adjunct Professor, I am tasked with delivering a high-quality educational product to the students who are enrolled in my courses. To do this, I utilize all available technology, a combination of lectures and group discussions, as well as hands-on learning. After having spent over a decade in the Psychology department, I moved over to the Health Education Department where I now teach Emergency Management, EMR, and Advanced First Aid courses. I previously served as the Safety Officer for the Kean University Adjunct Faculty Federation (KUAFF) to the University Safety Committee. In this capacity, I attended meetings and reported on all safety-related matters occurring in the University and functioned as a voice for the Adjunct Professors for their concerns. Show less

      Owner

Alpha Omega Training Solutions was founded on the belief that amateurs train until they get it right, professionals train until they can't get it wrong. As a result of budget cuts, staffing levels, increased responses and having to do more with less, Training often gets pushed to the wayside. Those tasked with being a Training Officer can be unprepared for the true amount of time that is required to develop, implement, and present a wide variety of training programs in order to maintain certifications, increase knowledge, and comply with regulations. We understand the demands of the local Training Division and want to help. We have programs that have been developed and are ready to be presented. Our regulatory compliance programs take care of the yearly mandates of training. Our courses of interest were built around other responders concerns for topics that they didn't feel they had a good grasp of. Custom programs are also available to meet your needs. We specialize in FIRE/EMS Education, CPR/First Aid Training, and OSHA Compliance training. Show less
