Functions include identity management, authentication/authorization, content management, portal platform, registration, single sign on, search and API Platforms. Orchestrated the ServiceNow transformation, drove electric signature capabilities, guided transitions, and pioneered cloud migrations.• Achieved reduction in operating expenses through a transformative overhaul of the ServiceNow platform, encompassing change management, incident management, HR platform, Risk Management, Work Intake, and Asset Management (HAM/SAM). Notably, this initiative reduced the core teams’ backlog, reengaged stakeholders to provide the positive value the platform provides and enhanced the application portfolio management capabilities for effective tracking of technical assets.• Facilitated strategic decisions with business stakeholders and the DocuSign vendor, making strategic technical decisions to drive electronic signature capabilities spanning thirteen business areas. This initiative resulted in consolidating contracts and achieving savings annually over three years.• Guided the transition from centralized management to federated development across functions such as SNOW, Integration, and Web Platforms. This shift drastically reduced the enterprise teams’ backlog, enabling customers to directly engage with the core team for development input, bypassing the enterprise backlog.• Led cloud migration efforts for integration and web technologies, supporting individual application migrations and leading design for overall cloud capabilities, providing the organization with enhanced scalability, cost efficiency and agility.• Manage teams spanning three countries and five time zones, collaborating with multiple vendors.• Consolidated 28 applications across business lines to one for registration• Manage API platforms including MuleSoft, IBM ACE, XMLG, and API discovery. This streamlined process, reduced handoffs, and significantly improved turnaround time for incident and problem management in the API space.• Lead developer for the first API that enables the onboarding of producers to multiple commission/licensing systems. By streamlining this process, agencies can reduce wait times and enable producers to start selling more quickly. • Modernized DevOps capabilities by migrating the Integration team from Subversion repositories to Gitlab.
