  By Labor Inspection Board, based on preventive inspection approach in aspects of implementation of work and occupational health and safety, by abandoning classical inspection mentality and using resources effectively and efficiently; solution focused “Risk based”, “Labor / Sector based” or “Area based” inspections had been started which involves all the social sides concerned, focused on education ,communication and exposition.Scheduled inspections are a kind of preventive inspection activity which are implemented in a manner of specific preparation, planning, observation and evaluation; involves social sides into the process by educating and raising awareness according to scope and objectives of inspections.Main approach is, prevention is more humanistic and economic than paying fees and when effects of achieving work peace to the development of countries and increment of social wealth considered; doing “Risk based”, “Labor / Sector based” or “Area based” inspections on purposes of preventing occupational risks due to working building and area, protecting health and safety, overcoming risks and accident factors, improving work relationships, informing employers and employees, protecting people who are needed to be because of their age, gender and social status and creating a security culture and social responsibility mentality.   TBT Arrangement states that'6.1.1 adequate and enduring technical competence of the relevant conformity assessment bodies in the exporting Member, so that confidence in the continued reliability of their conformity assessment results can exist; in this regard, verified compliance, for instance through accreditation, with relevant guides or recommendations issued by internationalstandardizing bodis shall be taken into account as an indication of adequate technical competence;”In order to achieve this result, TURKAK accredits conformity assessment bodies. I am participating in the accreditation assessments of Inspection Bodies, Test/Calibration Laboratories and Product Certification Body as lead/ assessor.I am following the developments in HSE as B class Occupational Safety Expert. Also technically and scientifically following the state of art in energy engineering and management. Beyond being an ISO 50001 Lead Assessor also I have practice on energy management and measurement practices Show less
