By utilizing clustering techniques and propensity analysis for channel optimization, we successfully implemented omnichannel communications that resulted in over 10 million PIX registrations from our customer base. Additionally, I led the CRM & Analytics War Room for the PIX project for eight months, providing executive reporting to the bank's management team.- Coordinated the CRM and Analytics efforts in the War Room for "Travessia PF," focused on credit offer communications during the early stages of the pandemic for the entire individual customer base of the bank. Collaborating with colleagues from different departments (planning, product, marketing, digital channels, compliance, etc.), we implemented over 200 communications per day across all available channels, tailoring offers according to each audience's profile. The Itaú "Travessia" program assisted over 2 million individuals and businesses during the pandemic.- Led the CRM and Analytics implementation of products from different families for the Itaú Agências and Itaú Uniclass segments. As the head, I was responsible for defining the strategic direction of the department, hiring the team members, and overseeing their performance, with direct reporting to the CMO and Director of Data.- Our team conducted data structuring, manipulation, and analysis using SQL and Python or R to understand customer needs and pain points, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and purchase recurrence, ensuring a positive customer experience. When needed, we built Power BI dashboards for data visualization and usability. For instance, we spearheaded the Analytics effort in a corporate project that redesigned the communication strategy with customers using boleto (payment slip) as a payment method. Through data analysis (SQL and Python) and A/B testing, our team approved and implemented the new strategy, resulting in a revenue increase of R$200 million per year for the company.- In collaboration with the Marketplace team, we led Analytics studies focused on improving customer satisfaction (NPS) during the Black Friday period. By utilizing statistical tools such as NPL (Net Promoter Language) and bigrams, we identified lessons learned and best practices, which were shared with key sellers of the company.
