      • Coordinate summer adventure programs for middle and high school students in the U.S., Canada, & Europe as part of Overland’s Logistics Team.• Design and implement itineraries for summer trips: establish and maintain contacts, build relationships with partners, calculate budgets, and make reservations.• Recruit, interview, and contribute to hiring decisions for over 180 summer staff from top universities and colleges around the country.• Train 180+ summer staff members in a variety of topics, including risk management, group facilitation, backcountry skills, and Overland policies.• Work closely within a small office to collaborate on projects, such as writing curriculum, answering parent phone calls, and presenting informational slideshows for students.
