Responsible for managing the production of a portfolio of over 300 items of assessment material. Materials were multimedia, and distributed across 12 subject areas, (for example, Religious Studies, Psychology, Mathematics, and Languages), and five qualification types, (for example GCSE, AS, and A Level). Managed the relationship with nine internal Chairs of Examiners, and over 100 external subject specialists. Managed one permanent Administrator, with responsibility for the production of assessment materials within the portfolio. Supported the Team Manager in implementing any necessary changes to the working practices of the team, and deputised for them, and the other Process Managers in their absence.Achievements:Successfully managed the production of the portfolio of assessment material in readiness for the June 2016 exam series.I was made redundant from this role following an organisation restructure (the role was no longer part of the new organisation structure).
