      During my time at UTS, I was given the chance to polish my communication and persuasion skills. Every day I would dial hundreds of numbers and talk to hundreds of people, trying to sell them products. The exposure to people from all walks of life was an eye-opening one, teaching me the lesson that there are different strokes for different folks. However, the most essential value gained was how to deal with rejection and move on.
