  TriVista Business Group Inc. is a private equity consulting company based in Orange County, California. During my tenure, I was assigned as an analyst for the largest project in the company’s history, budgeted at over $3M in fees. The project deliverable was to increase Imagine! Print Solution’s EBITDA by $14M through a variety of manufacturing improvements. I worked on three kaizen events to help raise their EBITDA and improve efficiency, through skills such as lean six sigma and 5s. In my role, I was able to interface with client line staff, client senior management as well as other TriVista consultants. Some of my activities included the following:• Managed line staff to document current processes as well as implement and track improvements.• Analyzed the implementation of lean ideas for manufacturing and the performance of initiatives implemented. • Communicated with other TriVista consultants to calculate savings, created presentations and facilitated program management.These specific projects lead to an estimated annual savings of $742k per year for the client.   During my tenure at the company, I was assigned to the Staffing Projections and Analytics team. The team is responsible for properly staffing BI and Enterprise Operations. In my role, I was able to interface with senior directors, workforce managers, and workforce consultants. Some of my activities included the following:• Integrated the data from user stories in Rally into excel. Resulting in a capacity model in excel for our team to use internally . The model utilizes pivot tables and shows capacity trends. • Implemented a new commentary system between the CS&S and SP&A teams . This will result in clearer communication between the two teams and allow for more accountability.• Created multiple presentations displaying SP&A procedures that allow the SP&A team to have documented references and standardize new work.
