       Applying rehabilitation for all dept. members and set up a policy for the customer service in order to reach to the company’s goal which is customer satisfaction. Set up a new computerized program for customer complains aligned with the typology of digitalized maps in order to establish a wide range data base. Set up a closed system in accordance with head sectors that all complains being resolved in time frame in order to maintain the credibility towards our clients. A main principle that it’s necessary to check on each complains after being resolved, because out of our priority is that the role of Customer service center does not only finish with the removal of the problem, but also start with check on it. Handling a monitoring for all the legal documents of penalties imposed on the company from the counter with the dept. lawyers and making a claim for all the uncertified and illegitimate penalties to the competent authority under the supervision of CEO. Submitting a monthly report to the top management for the all amount of complains received and penalties during the month with statistics and charts, including the negative points and positive points and the highlighted recommendations in order to avoid the problem frequency.
