The program management included, in addition to planning and control, critical analysis of the evaluation results, the engagement of more than 100 program internal stakeholders and management of operational activities in all stages of the evaluation cycle to define metrics, leadership of calibration forums and conduction of macro deliveries of the program reporting to the leadership.As the core of the Partner Development area, I've worked on the homologation audit of new Direct and Indirect suppliers, with the subsequent development of the action plan for the suppliers included in the Raw Materials category and monitoring all KPI`s, making it possible to carry out the risk analysis for the internal interfaces (purchases, supply and quality).
