  Technical Skills:Piping Installation – Experience in field fabrication, installation of on plot piping as per drawings. Well versed in various welding techniques such as SMAW, GTAW for pipes of different sizes from ½ inches to 48 inches. Good knowledge of welding of CS, AS, SS, and HDPE pipes. Hydro test, chemical cleaning & flushing. Experience in bolt tightening, insulation and final re-instatement.Heat ventilation air condition (HVAC)- Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of air handling units, air ventilation unit, fan coil units, variable air volume control unit and Installation & insulation of duct. Mechanical– Good hand on experience in installation, testing & commissioning of mechanical static & rotator heavy equipment such as chillers (Max 2500 tone), cooling towers, centrifugal pumps, water treatment, chilled water treatment, side stream filter, fire water pumps, potable water pumps, air separator, expansion tanks, generators 5 MW, fuel oil tanks, lube oil tanks heat exchangers.Plumbing & Firefighting – Installation of cast iron pipe & high density polyethylene piping and but fuse welding. Installation of firefighting pipes, valves, nozzles, fire hose cabinets and other accessories, painting and nitrogen pressure test. Testing & commissioning of mechanical equipment’s – Witness of testing & commissioning of centrifugal chillers above 2500 tones, centrifugal vertical & horizontals pumps, cooling towers, water balancing for chilled water system, air balancing for heat ventilation air condition (HVAC) system.
