The Supply Chain Management Development Program (Supply Chain MDP) is a key component in developing talented individuals into the future supply chain leaders of Newell Rubbermaid. It is a two-year rotational program which allows its participants to work with a broad range of brands in a variety of environments while impacting the business daily.
