      I worked in Marketing and Guest Relations on a summer internship (College Program) and then for two years immediately out of college. I was a VIP Tour Guide for Celebrities and Foreign Dignitaries and participated in numerous movie premiers and events to include playing an integral, high profile role to support the opening of Euro Disney outside of Paris, France. I was a two time WDW Ambassador (making it to top four finalist out of 2,000 + candidates and giving speeches in front of 3,000 + people) and on the local news channels.       As the Manager of Talent Acquisition for DigitalGlobe/GeoEye, I managed the full cycle recruitment process, and a team of five, in sourcing and staffing very highly technical to overhead positions for all our locations to include: our corporate office in Herndon,VA; St. Louis, MO; Amsterdam, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and Thornton, CO. I have displayed proven leadership in Strategic Planning, Onboarding, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Customer Service. I have been heavily involved in the budget process, headcount forecasting, mergers and acquisitions and ISO compliance. I conduct regular needs assessments and internal audits and regularly implement process improvements. In addition, I have managed the Employee Relations and Performance Management processes, conducting investigations, managing Performance Improvement Plans and working employee issues to resolution. I have led the Onboarding and Orientation process and successfully oversaw the implementation of our Company Wide Quarterly Orientation. I maintain the Taleo, Applicant Tracking System and have led the process through System Migrations and upgrades. Key HR partner in the acquisition of the BWF business unit in Maryland, onboarding 108 employees and helping to stand up the business unit by recruiting niche talent in the DOD/Intel, TS-SCI full scope poly community. Expanded sourcing strategies to include Transition Assistance Programs (TAP) at military bases for cleared, separating veterans, partnered with Ball Resource Groups (BRG’s) to broaden diversity sourcing reach, led a highly visible college relations/intern program, whereby we recruited nationwide at approximately 27 Universities and Colleges, stood up a vo-tech co-op partnership, managed the new hire orientation/ onboarding program (with 12-20 new hires each week), managed the relocation program, entering new employees and approving exceptions with our relocation vendor.
