  My responsibilities are geared around customer services and sales. I dealt directly with Boland's customers dealing with their inquiries regarding HVAC parts and services. I had to call other businesses to market products and equipment, this also required me to maintain business relations with these customers. I am trained to operate a forklift for loading and unloading to stock. I was also responsible for most close out procedures; securing the front counter and cash machine.
