Base24 EFT classic switch has many modules like Base24-ATM, Base24-POS,Base24-Teller and many more. Basic Functionality of Base24 is called as Vennila transactions. When client need any additional functionality then a Change Request (CR) is raised which need to be tested and handover the work order to the Implementation. Similarly for any production defect a Problem Ticket Request (PTR) is to be tested and handover the work order to the Implementation.My Role is to take the CRs and PTRs, distribute the assigned projects within the team. Discuss the project functionality, reviewing the test-scenarios and test-cases written by the Test Engineer and monitoring the executed test-case result. Sharing the work load of test engineer when there is a need to finish the project on time and more work is to be done or by taking some project when work load is too high.
