  I began working at The Dough Bros at 15, where I spent every summer and weekends working part-time during school and university. I initially started as a waitress but was later promoted to a restaurant supervisor in 2018. I have worked on national collaborations with big Irish brands such as Guinness and Ballymaloe. Also, I helped to run and manage a pop-up restaurant in Dublin working in partnership with Birra Moretti. Since graduating from the University of Limerick, I moved to Barcelona, and I took on the role of marketing executive. Key responsibilities of the role involve managing the website, marketing and managing the corporate orders for The Dough Bros DIY pizza kits.Daily Roles Involve:- Manage social media accounts – Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook- Plan content creation- Post content and write captions for social media- Communicate and interact with the brand community through social media channels- Assist with marketing strategies - Email marketing- Run and manage their website through the Shopify- Monitor competitors’ activities and constantly researching the market- Design their food and drinks menu through Canva editing tool - General administrative duties such as doing the payroll and creating invoices.   During the summer of 2019, I obtained a working holiday visa for Canada, and I moved to Vancouver for 3 months. I worked in a large chain restaurant as a waitress and my roles included taking orders and serving food, managing till floats, and working effectively in a large team.

  My internship position within SAP was on the partnership intimacy team. The team’s role was to ensure that senior partners within SAP were satisfied with the products and services provided by the company, through creating partner surveys. My responsibilities included creating partner surveys through the Qualtrics survey platform and subsequently analysing the survey data to assess key insights for management. I followed up with any partner complaints and escalated the feedback to senior management when necessary. I also assisted on creating the weekly newsletters and communications that were sent to the internal teams within SAP. Furthermore, I helped create and publish the largest survey for the company, the NPS survey. I was responsible for generating reports detailing the survey results which were then accessed and analysed by other teams. Show less

  My primary motivation for working in the service industry when arriving in Barcelona was to enhance my language skills, and consequently I began working in The Fastnet Bar. The role included working front of house, taking, and preparing drink orders, assisting with rosters, and managing the till float. This role gave me an invaluable experience in speaking Spanish in a fast-paced business environment.
