Colton’s plan had incredibly strong research-backed recommendations perfectly suited for his client given the rural location of the library and the lower-income bracket of his key public that provided some challenges, particularly given the limited budget and resources available to his client. However, he recommended uniquely focused strategies and tactics to help the library amplify awareness of its resources, including radio advertising, local podcast participation, and an enhanced social media presence.
