Under an expanded private sector mandate as Information Systems Management (ISM), customer base was extended to include private sector customers. As VP, Systems Operations, led a team of 150 IT professionals in all IT service and operations functions and managed an annual budget in excess of $21M. Directed team of 30 IT technical specialists in all activities including ongoing customer service support to over 2,500 users. In addition, the Media and Production Services staff provide lecture capture, video streaming and media production services to faculties and staff. All these Information Technology services are provided and supported across both University of Manitoba Fort Garry and Bannatyne campuses, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year by the Technology Services Staff located in each Campus.
