  Responsible for leading the department consisting of two bleached pulp lines, a wetlap machine, and a hydropulper. Responsibility for coating mixing, starch cooking, and chemical unloading as well as all associated equipment, processes, and people. Also responsible for implementing process improvement projects including variability reduction, operator driven reliability, and other projects to reduce the gap from best practices as well as the coordination of maintenance work and root cause failure analysis. Responsibility for unbleached pulp production including batch digesters and brown stock washing, a ClO2 reactor and related equipment, a wetlap machine, and a hydropulper. Also responsible for maintaining PSM compliance in my areas and chemical deliveries. Additionally I fill in as supervisor for pulp bleaching and shift foreman when needed.
