      Shift Manager (2013/14) - Crew Trainer (2013) - Crew Member (2012)

2 years of effective time keeping and academic task prioritising allowed the ability to work part time, evenings, weekends. This loyal commitment catered for progression through multiple promotions. Gaining multiple promotions was down to my personal shift efforts by efficiently running enthusiastic shifts, leading by example with focus of achieving; sales, training and labour targets. I had responsibilities of using the IT systems to; monitor, update and review stock levels. Having access to this held me responsible for analysing historic sales data to ensure the restaurant was catered sufficiently to accommodate predicted sales. Other roles within the work place allowed me to provide quick and accurate service within a fast pressuring working environment, dealing with any formal customer complaints in an appropriate and professional manor. Whilst studying, I had to attend workshops to ensure my company policy and procedure knowledge was up to date. I was accountable for coaching others to ensure all crew’s policies and procedures knowledge was consistent. This enabling for a flexible and dynamic working environment, which ensured the global reputation and customer satisfaction was maintained.Accomplishments include; “Employee of the month” and “Employee of the quarter” awards for Birmingham. Junior Business Analyst

During the 12 months as Business Analyst, I had responsibilities for maintaining working relationships between the commercial and IT business functions to cater for effective global cross functional communication regarding the requirements of new and existing IT projects. In one project assigned by the CIO, I was accountable for the successful alteration in the team’s Waterfall ways of working to accommodate the V-Model methodology. The project involved me to analyse project performance of various projects throughout the department and business. It was consistently identified that validation and testing of new and existing IT systems was the biggest weakness. The solution was that I had worked with other Business Analysts to deliver a testing template where all types of testing could be planned, executed and results documented. The benefits from the deliverable's are that now, projects have a reduced number of bugs after the application was launched to end users. Also, there was improvements of team’s resource with the team now being more freely available to work on newly identified IT projects. In another project, I worked closely with the Global Customer Excellence Director. As IT lead I was accountable for the project through the projects life cycle from; requirements gathering through to the delivery of a valuable commercial KPI dashboard which utilised QlikView reporting. The project faced challenges as all my project team were based in overseas countries. To overcome these challenges, we each had to ensure communication was sufficient across multiple platforms due to the multiple time zones. The dashboard now benefits a total of 150+ unique users globally across the FTSE 100 business by allowing commercial account managers with monitoring and improving their team’s customer service.Other typical daily duties consisted of; communicating progress, data queries, error handling and change requests following the change control procedure. IT Analyst

Here I was a Technical IT Analyst supporting the delivery of the Desktop/ EUC (end user computing) environment for 500+ end users. This project had the complexity of separating from a parent FTSE 100 company, ensuring we didn't lose access to critical services and data at any time. My core responsibilities consisted of:i. Planning the direction of the companies I.T. by supporting the design of a new desktop service model, through to supporting the build, test and deployment of this.ii. Working closely with the business change and training teams to develop: IT support material, as well as contributing to the wider service planning, design and deployment of the new user-centric IT desktop service.
