  As a late teen, I began my 2 year experience as a Panda Express Assistant Manager. After a few short months after my hiring, my responsibility and commitment promoted me to shift leader and assistant manager. Being responsible for my co-workers along with sales and monthly quotas taught me many of the basics of running a business from a social and fiscal standpoint at an early age. As a senior in high school, I was in charge of matching inventory with monthly quota costs and employee scheduling.   In the early months of 2022, my partner and I began a start-up concrete coating business. Since our founding, our experience has expanded our knowledge of micro-business concepts along with our knowledge of the concrete industry. We have created a profitable business which we plan to expand over our time in college. So far, we have amounted to nearly a quarter of a million dollars in revenue spanning over a year.
