Received national media coverage for TV event co-produced with Screen Actors Guild and NBC, featuring Anthony Edwards (“ER”), Forest Whitaker (“The Butler”, “Last King of Scotland”), and Christine Baranski (“The Good Wife”, Cybill”).

Spearheaded fundraising for annual 70mm Widescreen Film Festival featuring Oscar-winning directors and cinematographers such as Sydney Pollack ("Tootsie"); Michael Cimino ("Deer Hunter", "Heaven's Gate"); Joel Schumacher ("Lost Boys", "Batman"); Vilmos Zsigmond ("Close Encounters of the Third Kind"), and many other notables such as director John Carpenter (“Halloween”, “Vampires” etc.). Participated in budgeting and strategic planning. Designed planned giving program. Personally solicited major donors and celebrities. Produced fundraising video and PSA with “NYPD Blue” star Dennis Franz. Local and national media coverage included ABC News with Peter Jennings, UPN News 13 and radio programs (KPFK; KNX; KABC).   Developed and implemented new fundraising program at this world-renowned architecture school. Created infrastructure and strategic plan focusing on alumni relations, annual fund, major gifts, grants (public and private), as well as faculty initiatives, board development, and event management. Worked with architecture luminaries such as Frank Gehry (Disney Concert Hall) and Richard Meier (Getty Center).

DOCUTAH co-creator and Executive Director (described as “one of the nation’s best small town film festivals” by PBS, and “one of the world’s coolest festivals” by MovieMaker magazine). Member of senior management team which transitioned the institution from a state college into a regional university innovatively using tuition dollars instead of state funds.
