  At unsbeat, a music production label I founded in Brazil, I spearhead event production, bookings, and music branding projects, growing our fanbase to over 750 organic followers on Bandcamp. In 2024, we achieved over one hundred thousand plays on SoundCloud and Bandcamp, with a catalog of sixty tracks by thirty international artists across seven releases, including compilations, EPs, and an album. With two new releases planned for 2024 by JGB and Saulo Santini, I continue to drive the label's creative vision, designing album covers and content using Ableton Live and Adobe Creative Suite, while also expanding into video production, such as editing the clip for Tropical Twista Records' "Elena" by Cigarra.   I was part of Celebrity Cruises' Entertainment core, and as a DJ, I collaborated with the activities team to enhance onboard leisure through refined and historical music curation (ranging from the 1940s to contemporary pop). To perform this role, I was trained and certified in accident control, rescue, first aid, and passenger and crew safety. I interacted daily with four thousand people from over ninety countries for three years, which elevated my English proficiency to C1-C2 levels.   Coordinated music branding for over sixty brands, managing a team of four curators and radio spot editors using Scrum and Agile methodologies. My role involved pitching, planning, and approving nearly fifty advertisement spots monthly, along with quality analysis and approval of over hundred and twenty different music genres playlists for more than 7000 indoor radio units. My efforts resulted in 100% client retention, and I successfully pitched the company to ten new clients, including Raia Drogasil, the largest pharmaceutical group in Brazil.
