  Middle year Chemistry and O level Bangladesh Studies.I made lesson plans according to the learning style, learning preferences, the intelligence of students.I arranged multiple resources catering for differentiation, individualization and student-centred learning.I recorded the progress of the students through formative, summative assessments using several assessment tools.I used relevant IT tools and unique strategies to make learning engaging and inquiry-based. I always prioritized building a strong rapport with my students and give them full agency for ensuring a safe, friendly, engaging and fun-based environment. I was always focused to develop students' moral and cultural values. Apart from the responsibilities, I played the role of social convenor to organize a biweekly social gathering of teachers with the Principal of school. I was also led the Community Service Club.
