  I have experience of working closely with key stakeholders at all levels across companies including external parties/advisers to help develop and implement strategic and operational capability helping to shape and develop effective and sustainable pension provision long-term for a wide range of clients. I have considerable experience of handling complaints and in liaising with clients to help resolve problems and in providing effective solutions.I have worked in many management positions within the pension environment and within the operational side of the business. I am involved in dealing with some high profile schemes and continue to liaise with Scheme Trustees, sponsoring employers and advisers on a regular basis. Whilst my involvement with clients is primarily UK based, this also extends to dealing with parent companies where the major sponsoring employer is not UK based. Regular face to face meetings and ongoing dialogue with key clients also acts as an opportunity to continue to build on our existing relationships and also discuss current issues and specialised subjects such as de-risking scenarios and any on-going projects. My current role involves dealing with corporate arrangements to help ensure that these are coordinated and appropriate for client needs, from all of the pension arrangements through to having the appropriate level of flexible/reward benefits and clients are set-up appropriately for auto-enrolment. I have also worked with many organisations providing help and support for Defined Benefit (Final salary) arrangements and with regard to providing consultancy support with regard to current legislative updates and implementing de-risking scenarios, auto-enrolment and other key pensions concerns.
