  I currently manage the Maintenance Warehouse at the Karawang Assembly Plant, responsible for inventory control of spare parts for press, welding, painting, assembling, and utility maintenance shops, including both slow and fast-moving items. I ensure more than 4400 spare part inventory levels are optimized through effective forecasting, meeting demand while keeping inventory value as low as possible. Additionally, I focus on efficient storage, ensuring the availability of spare parts, and eliminating dead or expired stock to maintain smooth and cost-effective operations.
